Gomariz Caste Brancellao
Single-variety red wine from the Brancellao grape (caste), from the “A Ferreira” plot at the top of Gomariz. Made as a natural wine (in the total absence of sulphites) and aged in a 250-litre ceramic stoneware vessel for one year.
Very limited production of 290 bottles. Sold in wooden boxes of 2 bottles.
Tasting Notes: Medium-intensity purple-red, with a pronounced nose of aromas of violets, red fruits: raspberry, cherries, sour strawberry and herbaceous notes such as tomato leaf, liquorice, flint and medicinal. Fresh, smooth mouthfeel, soft tannins from the fruit, with a medium body and a great intensity of flavors with a very long finish.
